b)    We have worked together in the past managing privately and publicly held businesses ranging in size from $10M to over $500M in aerospace, medical equipment, energy, automotive, consumer and general industrial markets. Present or past employers include Danaher, Ingersoll Rand, Raytheon, TRW, UTC and General Electric.

c)     We have lined up several sources of equity and debt financing to provide flexibility and allow us to move quickly when necessary.
